Using QR Toolbox
QR Toolbox provides browser-based QR utilities for creating, styling, scanning, and reading QR codes. You may use the tools for lawful purposes and in accordance with the laws and rules applicable to you.
Your content
You are responsible for the text, links, contact details, credentials, locations, or other information you choose to encode in a QR code. Do not encode information that you are not authorized to use or disclose.
Static QR codes and destinations
QR Toolbox creates static payloads. A generated QR code contains the information selected at generation time. If a destination, phone number, contact record, or other encoded information changes, you may need to generate a new QR code.
External destinations
A QR code can point to websites, messaging services, email applications, telephone actions, maps, and other external destinations. QR Toolbox does not control those external services. Review destinations before opening them and use third-party services under their own terms.
Availability and output
The tools are provided on an as-available basis. QR scanning and decoding can depend on the quality of the source image, camera, browser, device, and the particular QR code. You should test exported QR codes in the environment where they will actually be used.
Privacy and local processing
The product is designed for local browser processing of QR payloads, selected files, and camera frames. The current application does not require an account or provide an application feature for storing QR payloads on a server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the product, infrastructure, or applicable requirements change. The version displayed on this page is the version currently published by QR Toolbox.
